Some restaurants serve food. Others serve an experience. Diva Restaurant, located in Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi, falls firmly into the second category, and our job was to make sure the camera captured exactly that.
When Diva approached Peace Productions for their latest content project, the brief was clear: this wasn't going to be just another food video. Diva wanted to be positioned as a fine dine family experience, a place where elegance meets comfort, and where every dish feels like it was crafted for a memory, not just a meal. Our goal was to translate that identity into visuals that would make people stop scrolling, feel the ambiance, and crave a seat at the table.
Setting the Scene Before the Food Even Appears
Fine dining isn't just about taste, it's about atmosphere. Before we even got to the food, our focus was on capturing the space itself, the lighting, the interiors, the warmth of a family gathered around a table. We wanted viewers to feel the calm, upscale energy of Diva the moment the video started, so that by the time the food appeared, they were already emotionally inside the restaurant.
Going Big With Drone Shots
To capture the true scale and setting of Diva, we brought in drone footage, something not commonly used in restaurant content, but incredibly effective for establishing presence and grandeur. Sweeping aerial shots gave the project a cinematic quality, positioning Diva not as just another restaurant in Bahria Phase 7, but as a destination worth the drive.
Making the Food the Star With an 85mm Lens
For the food itself, we shot primarily on an 85mm lens, known for its beautiful compression and creamy background blur. This choice was intentional, it isolates the dish, softens the surroundings, and puts every plate front and center. Steam rising off a fresh platter, the glisten of a perfectly cooked dish, the rich textures of every course, the 85mm gave us the closeness and depth needed to make the food genuinely appetizing on screen, exactly the reaction we wanted from anyone watching.
Ending With a Clear Call to Action
A beautiful video with no direction is a missed opportunity. That's why every piece of content from this project closed with a strong, clear CTA, guiding viewers on exactly what to do next, whether that meant visiting Diva, making a reservation, or exploring their menu. Good content doesn't just impress, it converts. We made sure Diva's audience knew precisely what step to take after watching.
The Result
By combining aerial drone shots for scale, 85mm lens work for intimacy and appetite appeal, and a warm, family first narrative, Peace Productions helped Diva Restaurant present itself exactly as it deserves to be seen, a fine dining destination in Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi, built for unforgettable family experiences.
This project is a reflection of what we do best at Peace Productions: understanding a brand's identity and translating it into content that doesn't just look good, but makes people want to walk through the door.
